The Historic Central Hotel

The Central Hotel was a “calculated risk” to see if we could create a unique property for people to stay at, talk about, and hopefully return to. We knew there was a demand after a short stint with our first property and AirBnb… The CH is definitely an ‘extension of our home’ :)

We wanted to create an inspirational property that our boys would take great pride in and hopefully build from throughout their professional lives.

How long did it take?

The Central Hotel renovation took 22 months from purchase to hosting our first guest.
